Time For Tim

Things are in place for the Jets to make their quarterback change to Tim Tebow. They dropped to 3-5 after their 30-9 loss to the Miami Dolphins yesterday. They have a bye week to get things back on track. Rex Ryan gave a vague show of support for Mark Sanchez as his starter.

This would be the best time to make a switch. One more loss would put the team in a very precarious position to make the playoffs. Any team could still do it at 10-6, but things don't look well for the Jets. They are playing poorly. Their offense isn't going anywhere.

Rex Ryan knows he is under the gun. The team needs to win. If they give up on Sanchez, it might be a permanent decision. It's a big one to make, but the options are getting fewer as the season starts to slip away.
