Monday Night Jet Test

The Monday Night Football game will be a great match-up between the Houston Texans and the New York Jets. Houston, Arizona and Atlanta are the only 4-0 teams in the league. The game has huge implications for the Jets because the New York tabloids are calling for Tim Tebow to replace Mark Sanchez after some bad performances by the Jets offense..

Things might be going great for Sanchez in his private life as he squires Eva Longoria around the Big Apple, but his starting days could be numbered. A loss by the Jets would be a big step backwards. Sanchez needs to have a monster game to save his job.

Through four games, he ranks last among QB's for completion percentage and has the 29th lowest rating. Coach Ryan is saying that Tebow is his guy, but Coach John Fox said the same thing in Denver about Kyle Orton before Tebow replaced him after the 6th week of last season. The timetable seems to be similar this year for Sanchez.

Does Tebow have that "magic" again? He has been roundly criticized for not being a good NFL quarterback. He might just get another chance to address his critics. It could be 2011 all over again.
