Staying Home

When it comes to injuries, we never really know the extent of any with the Pats. Aaron Hernandez is a great example. After getting hurt in the game against Arizona, he missed the next three games with a high ankle sprain. He has not been 100% since and did not make the trip to London to face the Rams.

Apparently, the ankle has not been responding to treatment. He will now have another two weeks to get ready for Buffalo. Will this injury effect him for the rest of the season? That is anyone's guess, but it doesn't look good right now. Hernandez was lucky  that his ankle didn't break, but it looks like this is going to be with him for the rest of the season.

We will probably hear some crazy story about the injury after the Super Bowl. On the other hand, we might never really know.
