The NFL does a great job keeping the interest of the fans even when games are not being played. They have made a drama of the free agency period. They have done it so well for entertainment purposes.

I'm really wondering what the story is with former Pats DE Richard Seymour and his contract with the Oakland Raiders. I hear he is available and it appears to be correct. The Raiders seem to be on the hook for $13.5 million salary cap hit.

Would he ever come back here after being traded? You never know. It depends what his market value is. It doesn't help when you're 34 in October and missing parts of seasons because of injury.
