The Last Stand For T.O.

Many fringe players can only hope for a tryout with the goal of getting an invitation to training camp. WR Terrell Owens is now one of those players. At the age of 38, he was able to get a workout with the Seattle Seahawks who are low on receivers. The team doesn't look to be that good, but at this point, Owens can't be fussy where he ends up.

For him, it's not a matter of playing for a championship. He is just trying to play for a game check. I'm sure he has some gas left in the tank, but not too many receivers play until they are 38. If this doesn't work, who knows how many more chances he might get.

His stint in the Indoor Football League was a failure. He left the team under a cloud of controversy. His main goal has been to get a tryout with a NFL team. He finally got one. Let's see what happens.
