Tampa Bay Gets Their Guy
The Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the New York Jets completed their traded for CB Darrelle Revis. They must have wanted him very badly to give up the 13th overall pick in this year's draft and a conditional (3rd or 4th) for 2014.
It's a big price to pay for a player coming off of ACL surgery. He also wants to be the highest paid defensive player in the league. Tampa Bay plans to empty the bank to bow to his demands. The seem to have no issues about trying to get the four time Pro Bowl player.
If things work out, Revis will add a great deal to the defensive side of the ball. Their salary cap will take a hit at the expense of other players.
