WR Chad Ocho Cinco of the Cincinnati Bengals is always good for a few headlines and a fine. He was fined $25,000 by the NFL for tweeting during the Bengals and Eagles pre-season game last Friday night.
The league has a specific rule against using any electronic devices 90 minutes before and during any game. Chad posted two tweets to his twitter page. He apologized to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell through a tweet.
It's two weeks until the start of the season. I'm sure this will not be his last infraction. He is bound to accumulate a couple of fines for excessive celebration during touchdowns.
