Mock Draft Thoughts

I like to look at mock drafts, but they have their limitations. Sometimes, I wonder how the "experts" come up with their conclusions.

ProfootballWeekly.com came up with some interesting thoughts. With the pick they earned from Oakland in the Richard Seymour trade, the Pats will allegedly select LT Anthony Castonio of Boston College to fill the spot occupied by free-agent Matt Light. This makes sense, to a degree.

With their pick at #28, the prediction is that they will take QB Andy Dalton of TCU. Dalton is rated quite high, but I think it's a stretch for the team to select a QB in the first round. The clock is ticking on Tom Brady, but I don't see the team using a first rounder to sit on the bench.

In the end, I think they will trade one of their first rounders.
