Going To Bat

It has been a troubling time for the Miami Dolphins and Richie Incognito. They have become an embarrassment to the NFL.

Incognito appears to be someone with some type of mental health issue. It was only a matter of time before it boiled over. The other day he took a baseball bat to his $275,000 Ferrari, causing numerous dents in his pricey car. This happened in the wake of the release of the report by the league concerning its investigation into his harassment of teammate Jonathan Martin and others.

He was admitted to a psychiatric hospital at the insistence of the Scottsdale, AZ police department. He will stay there for an undetermined amount of time. This is probably the final nail in the coffin for his NFL career.

They need to determine whether his issues are caused by post-concussion syndrome. He looks like a textbook case. Hopefully, he gets help before it's too late.
