Coach Mike Pettine and the Cleveland Browns seem to be milking their face time with all of the attention being focused on the Brian Hoyer and Johnny Manziel controversy. They need to make a decision real soon on their starting quarterback. They can't waste the last two weeks of training camp.

Offensive players need to have a system in place. Sharing the snaps isn't working. There is no fluid in their play.
