The NFL Network likes to showcase certain players who they feel will have a future in broadcasting. Former Pats TE and current New Orleans Saint Benjamin Watson looks to be on a short list.

He appeared on a weekly basis last season using a remote broadcast. He was articulate, personable and insightful on a variety of topics.

He is a very productive player with gas left in the tank, but definitely has another career if he is interested in broadcasting.
