A Chance For A Check

Some Pats fans are whining about former DB Marquice Cole signing this week with the Broncos. They said he was a traitor. They didn't bother to realize that he was a free agent and had a chance to play in the AFC Championship game.

Cole has been in the league for five seasons. The Pats signed and released him four times since March. He was hoping to return to Foxborough, but it didn't work out. What was he suppose to do, not play?

The Broncos signed Cole after losing their starting CB Chris Harris to a torn ACL. It remains to be seen whether Cole dresses for the game on Sunday. At least he will get a game check and a possible trip to the Super Bowl.
