Coach Belichick has some great press conferences on Fridays. He often elaborates on things pertaining to the game. Today, a question about Colt's kicker Adam Vinatieri lead to some great insight about how players are selected to the Hall of Fame.
He reflected upon that there is only one kicker and no punter in the Hall. His description of the diversity among the players by position, individual accomplishments, length of career and championships was very insightful. There is definitely a gap by position in the Hall.
It's too bad that the press is always asking dumb and useless questions. When given the time and opportunity, the Coach has some really great talking points.
