The Chosen One

Tim Tebow's preaching to a crowd of 15,000 in Texas last Sunday drew a great degree of media coverage. The New York Jets continue to say that he is the backup quarterback and will be used in the wildcat offense.

The Jets can say one thing, but the media has their own agenda. The New York Post called him "the Jets hoped-for savior". They continue to sow the seeds of Tebow becoming the starting quarterback.

The Jets might keep Mark Sanchez on a short leash this season, but the New York tabloids will pounce on him at first opportunity.

I think Sanchez might be finished in New York. It might be the best thing for his career if he goes to another team. I think Tebow will be the starting quarterback at some point. The journey to get there will not be pretty for Sanchez.
