Booing Adam

Just because someone calls themselves a "fan" doesn't mean that they can be expected to make intelligent comments about their team or conduct themselves in a classy manner.

I could not believe that Pats fans booed Adam Vinatieri during the Colts game yesterday. He made some of the most important kicks in the history of the franchise. Without his kicks in the "Snow Game," there is no Super Bowl against the Rams after the 2001 season.

To think that he had two kicks that decided the outcome of the Super Bowl is quite extraordinary. To boo him shows that these fans have no clue about the history of the team.

When he left as a free agent to sign with the Colts it was for five years and $12.5 million. That was twice what the Pats offered him. How can you expect someone to turn that type of money down?

What were these"fans" thinking yesterday?
