I have always felt that Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has over managed his team. He has a right to do whatever he wants, but that doesn't mean it's always the best decision for the team. He is not afraid to publicly criticize his players.
He gave a god example of this week when he spoke negatively about his kickoff specialist David Buehler who was placed on season ending IR. Buehler re-injured his groin after missing a few weeks. Jones felt that he should have taken better care of his injury. Jones stated that he was not keen on having field goal kicker, Dan Bailey handle the kickoffs.
Talk about throwing players under the bus! I don't you how he can feel that Buehler was the cause of his injury. Jones should know that injuries can vary from player to player.
Pretty soon, he will be blaming players for getting broken bones.
