Gale Sayers
It's tough to hear that the great Gale Sayers has been battling dementia since 2014. The Hall of Fame member was the youngest inductee ever when he got there at age 34.
His seven seasons with the Chicago Bears were a human highlight film. His career ended because of his knees. It's terrible to see that his dementia was probably caused from blows to his head when he played.
