When the Bears and Packers met tomorrow in the NFC Championship game, it will only be the second time in their history that they have met in the playoffs. Their rivalry includes 182 battles over the years.
Their first playoff game was one week after the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. The Bears won it at Wrigley Field on their way to the league championship.
Their previous rosters include 47 Hall of Famers. Between the two franchises, they have won 21 league championships.
The list goes on and on.They are truly two of the iconic franchises of the NFL. Hopefully, the game lives up to its hype.
