WR Chad Ochocinco has been limited in production this season, based on the numbers. He has almost been an after-thought in the offense with 15 receptions for 276 yards and only one TD. More was expected from him after the Pats made a big splash when they traded a 2012 fifth round draft pick for him.
Things have not worked out, but he has been on the team all season. Some joke that maybe Coach Belichick has saved him for this one game or the Super Bowl. He will be their secret weapon then.
It's hard to say what his future is after 11 seasons. His numbers have been decreasing. Will he be around next year? I have my doubts.
No matter what happens, he will have a future in social media. He already has 3,149,934 followers on Twitter, with the number increasing daily.
I subscribe to his Facebook page, along with 1,973,857 others. It's amazing how many comments he gets on his posts. One of them was "hello" which got 2,846 "like" and drew 2,846 comments in a matter of hours.
If he ever had an impact on the game Sunday, he could crash the site.
