It looks like the Pats will always face the issue of whether there was a deliberate problem with the scoreboard at Gillette Stadium in the waning moments of the AFC Championship game.
The Baltimore Ravens are complaining that the correct down was not displayed on the board, causing their kicker Billy Kundiff to rush into the game and push his kick to the left.
There is no disagreement that the down display was incorrect, but some are saying that it was deliberate. They are also bring up Spygate again.
No matter what happens in the Super Bowl, it looks like some will try to taint it again because there is a perception that Belichick cheated again. They blame it all on him. Unfortunately, we will be forced to listen to this stuff all over again.
