Panthers RB Christian McCaffrey just signed a 4 year/$31.1 million contract extension. He was the second overall pick in the 2018 draft.

This looks good for Giants RB Saquon Barkley, the first overall pick in the same draft. He wants to renegotiate his rookie deal. McCaffrey's numbers gives him a starting point.
