Will The Island Move?

One of the key questions in the next few weeks is whether the team signs Darrelle Revis to a long term contract for money both can live with. If they give him the franchise tag, they will pay him $20 million for 2015 and take a $25 million salary cap hit.

The Pats will never do that for one player. They will try to create a contract that is team friendly and pay Revis very well. If he wants the last dollar, they will never sign him. He will end up with the Jets or Bills.
