Clock Ticking Down On Reed

The great Ed Reed has reached the stage where he is trying to hang on in the NFL. It happens to everyone if they play long enough. The free agent will be 36 in September.

He played for the Texans and Jets last season. He was good enough to be on the field, but was just a shell of his former self.

Some team might invite him to training camp. He will need to battle the rookies and younger players for a spot on the roster. It shouldn't end this way for someone like Reed.
