I think it would be a good idea if the Pats restructured the contract of Rob Gronkowski and focus more on performance incentives.

It worked out so well last year when he had a great season and cashed in on all of them.

Given his injury history, it's a no-brainer to offer him a huge bonus for staying on the field.
