A Case Too Far

It's looking really bad for Tom Brady after the US Second Circuit Court of Appeals refused to hear his case. His four game suspension is almost a done deal. The only option is to appeal to the US Supreme Court.

That option is on the table, but is it a losing battle at this point? The cards are stacked against him. He is probably discussing his options right now with his legal team.

I hope he goes all the way.
