Droning On

The Pats can never seem to escape the news. They were cited along with the New York Giants and Dallas Cowboys as teams that have used drones to film practices.

It sounds like a great idea, but they have run afoul of FAA regulations which prohibit the use of them for commercial reasons without a waiver.

The use of drones is so new that the NFL will help probably serve as a case study in revising some of the rules.
