What Does Probably Mean?

It looks like I won't be listening to sports talk radio for awhile. The Deflategate report came out and said that Tom Brady "probably" had some knowledge of what happened. He faces a possible suspension for the season opener.

The vultures will be coming out of the woodwork for this. All the Brady and Belichick haters will be having a feast. It's a good thing our legal system doesn't rely on this standard for conviction.
