The Super Bowl isn't until next week and callers to local sports talk shows are going to make this a long season. While driving home tonight, I finally changed the station after hearing many callers saying that the Pats won't win more than six games next season.
No decisions have been made on pending free agents. Nobody from another team can even be signed now. The college draft is in April. Don't these "fans" think that Belichick & Co will analyze the needs of the team and address them. There are obvious holes to fill through the draft or free agency.
All teams will lose players and sign some. They will all participate in the draft. I rather wait until after the draft and see what happens. To speculate now about a dismal season next year is a wast of time. There is too much time before the mini-camps open. A lot will change before then.
