Now that the Cleveland Browns have a new head coach in Hugh Jackson, it's only a matter of time before they cut Johnny Manziel.

One writer analyzed the quarterbacks of all 32 teams to see where Manziel would be the best fit. He pointed to the St Louis Rams. Coach Jeff Fisher seems to think that he would be a good project.

Any team that signs Manziel is doing it out of desperation.
