Many Will Get Cut

Nominations for the Hall of Fame came out today. Brett Favre and Terrell Owens should make it on the first ballot. The list is filled with players who had brilliant careers, but not all of them will make it.

Of the 108, the list will be trimmed to 25 in November and to 15 finalists in January. The process is controversial and doesn't make everyone happy.

The Pats had Lawyer Milloy and Mike Vrabel make the list. I'm not overly optimistic on their chances. It will be interesting to see what happens with the voting.
