Hall of Disappointments

The NFL will announce the latest Hall of Fame inductions Saturday night. Some of the finalists will be shocked or disappointed with the way it worked out. Deion Sanders has recently said that there are too many members. Worthy candidates will not get in.

We saw that with the special Senior inductions of ten former players, two coaches and three contributors. For some, it was probably their last chance for induction like the great Cowboys WR Drew Pearson.

The worst part was the Senior selections were unveiled on the NFL Network on their morning show when nobody was watching. What were they thinking? Why didn't they do it in prime time?
