Losing Team

It's a bad day in San Diego for fans of the Chargers who found out that their team is moving to Los Angeles to share a new stadium with the Rams.

I place all of the blames on the ownership. They tried to use their leverage to have the public finance a stadium for them.

It would have been a financial disaster for the community. Publicly funded stadiums and arenas are the worst idea. Teams should look at the Pats and owner Robert Kraft who built Gillette Stadium without any public money.
