Options For Sam
It looked like Michael Sam, the first openly gay player, would finally get his chance to play with the Montreal Alouettes of the CFL. He joined them a few weeks ago, but was released for personal reasons this week at his request.
What will be his next move? The former Defensive Player of the Year in the SEC has failed to stick with the St Louis Rams or Dallas Cowboys.
He faces an uphill battle for another chance.
