Haynesworth Gone

I was rather disappointed to see Albert Haynesworth released. The experience with him was a total failure for the Pats. It never got going from the start. He was always injured. He had no sacks and three tackles in six games.

Many thought that he would regain his stardom after a rocky career with the Titans and Redskins. He said all of the right things. He didn't cause any trouble until he started to argue with Coach Pepper Johnson during the loss against the Giants. That must have been the last straw for Coach Belichick.

He left a lot of money on the table in Washington to come her In a trade for a fifth round draft pick. His salary cap implication is minimal for the team. It just didn't work out . The team is moving on.

I think they are now at a crossroad with Chad Ochocinco.
