Never Change The Name

Leave it to Congress to get involved in the Washington Redskins name controversy. A couple of members decided to get into the fray by saying the name should be changed.

The Redskins turned the tables on them with their press release which blasted Congress over the various social issues facing Native Americans. They enumerated the problems from poverty, crime, unemployment and education. They also criticized Congress for not focusing on their own work.

I hope they never give in and change the name, but there will be those who will never give up the battle.
