Tom's Finale

It looks like it's curtain time for Coach Tom Coughlin. His 6-10 Giants have missed the playoffs for the fourth straight season. Reports say he will resign on Monday, with one year left on his contract. This avoids him being fired by the owners.

Coughlin took a great deal of criticism this season, especially on how he handled the in-game meltdown of WR Odell Beckham Jr. He said he was unaware of the three personal foul penalties called on Beckham during the game. How could he not know this? He often showed poor management of the game clock.

I don't think he is a Hall of Fame coach just because he won two Super Bowls against the Pats.
